| Heart of Darkness is an artist book by Dan Starling and Jillian Pritchard based on the classic novel by Joseph Conrad. Starling and Pritchard have reversed the order of the words in Heart of Darkness so that it reads from end to beginning. Or, going from the Heart of Darkness back to the origin. The book is printed using a technique so that the ink is not fixed to the paper and can be erased by the viewer if they wish. The book is an open edition but only 15 copies have been produced due to the laborious printing process. | |||
